Location: Chiricahua Desert Museum

Tucked away in the Sky Island highlands near Rodeo, New Mexico, the Chiricahua Desert Museum offers visitors a gateway to one of North America’s most diverse landscapes. Surrounded by mountains where desert, grassland, and forest collide, the region is home to an astonishing variety of reptiles and amphibians found nowhere else. Inside, the museum showcases a living collection of native snakes, lizards, and tortoises, alongside traveling exhibits that highlight the beauty and importance of desert wildlife. For researchers and enthusiasts alike, the onsite Library of Herpetology adds even greater depth, housing thousands of rare and historic volumes that make it a true hub for the study and celebration of reptiles and amphibians.

About Registration

FULL REGISTRATION $350/person, with DAILY ($100/pers.) and SPOUSE ($250/pers.) options available.

 

Discounted registration is available for COLLEGIATE students ($150/pers.) and YOUTHs 17 & under ($100/pers.).
